Suhr is adjunct legal fellow at IRG. A former policy director for Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, he’s also an attorney with the Center for American Rights, a nonprofit law firm that holds powerful institutions accountable to the public. A graduate of Marquette, Marquette Law, Georgetown Law, and the University of Missouri, he lives in the Milwaukee area with his family, where they’re active in their church and scouts.
