Behm brings several years of experience in state government and public policy. Prior to joining IRG full-time, she worked in the Wisconsin State Capitol for State Representative Clint Moses, where she served as a research assistant and clerked the Assembly Health, Aging and Long-Term Care Committee. In that role, she developed expertise in legislative process, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Behm also has experience in managing campaigns and as a substitute high school teacher. Behm is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics and currently resides in the Fox Valley.
